We aim to keep your cost low and provide a superior service level to our customers. Therefore, we will absorb the shipping cost and provide free shipping worldwide (exception to countries that we do not delivery to) with no minimal order value and no hidden costs.
Depending on delivery location (country), we uses the following service: UPS / UPS Surepost / UPS Mail Innovations / UPS Ground or Ascendia / USPS, FedEx, DHL.
Since we are providing free shipping to all our customers regardless of total purchase value, we will use the most economical shipping method which translates to a longer transit time. If you are unsure if the items will arrive on time for a specific purpose e.g. gift for a special occasion, please contact us or send us a message on our Facebook page to inquire estimated delivery time before making a purchase.
Everyday, we deliver to hundreds of customers across the world, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Stage 1 - Production time: Print-on-demand production, quality check and packaging, which takes an estimated 5–12 business days for off-peak period and 10-15 business days for peak period*.
- Stage 2 - Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the production facility to the final destination. Shipping within USA takes about 5-10 business days and international shipping takes between 1– 4 business weeks.
* Peak periods are Valentines Day (February 14th), St Patrick's Day (March 17th), Easter (End of March), Mother's Day (May around the 3rd weekend), Father's Day (June around the 3rd weekend), 4th of July (July 4th), Back to School (College Sports August through mid September), Halloween (October 31st), Thanksgiving (November 25th), Christmas/New Years (December 25th & January 1st)
Due to customs clearance for international orders outside USA, please allow an additional 5 working days from the estimated delivery date in our shipment confirmation email.
If you require expedited shipping, we are happy to quote you the courier rate. Please contact us to inquire expedited shipping cost.
If you order more than one product, you may receive multiple packages in the delivery that may arrive your doorstep at different timing. In extremely rare cases due to customs clearance, if you do not receive your items after the date stated in the shipment notification email, please reach out to us to check order status.
SHIPPING COUNTRY & TRACKING
We ship to most countries except Brazil, Bolivia, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Falkland Islands, India, Indonesia, Iran, Isle of Man, Kuwait, Latvia, Myanmar, North Korea, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Russia & UAE.
Full tracking is provided for the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, German, Great Britain, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, & Switzerland.
For any countries not listed above, tracking stops once the package is handed over to the country’s international carrier. For these countries, we do not receive additional tracking updates, therefore we are not liable once they have been transferred to the international carrier.
Computer and smart phone screens use RGB color profile while printed materials use CMYK color profile. As such, please expect slight color variations from the images you see on your computer and smart phone screens as opposed to the original products received.
Please refer to the size chart when ordering clothing. If unsure, it is always a good practice to order one (1) size up.
As our products are print-on-demand, it means we produce the item just for you when you order it. Hence, we will not be able to refund items due to buyers' change of heart, wrong selection of items or wrong delivery address given by the buyers.
However, if you have any issues with the product, please contact us within 7 days from delivery date as indicated on the tracking number. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept any such requests beyond 7 days from delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods.
Additional non-returnable items:

* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
To be considered for refund, we need a photo of the defective product to be emailed to us and the product to be sent back to us in its original packaging and condition all within 7 days from delivery date. Then we will be able to review your request and inform you of the outcome.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us using the contact form.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us using the contact form and and will provide you with the steps to initiate the exchange process.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address given in the email sent to you when you initiate the return process with us. We will only process the refund after we received the returned product.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item using a trackable shipping service. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
