With modernization comes lifestyle changes. Social media has taken up a big part of our lives and it has become almost an "epidemic" as a result of digitization. Quite likely, the first thing that we do in the morning is to check our smart devices and the routine repeats itself one last time before we go to sleep.
Endless responsibilities, living up to society's expectations, mounting commitments - it all adds up to the pressure and it won't be long before we realize we could only take so much. We seek different avenues to get away from this pressure, even if it was temporal.
In most cases, we will bounce back and the cycle repeats - it's one of those days where the blues happens. When someone does not recover from these blues, that will be the time when we need to reach out to that person before it's too late.
